Loved this home in a great location, well equipped and outfitted with exceptional lighting and renovation to an old building. Thoroughly modernized and very comfortable. Mauter Villa team was extremely responsive and helpful. As seasoned travellers, we have never received such a generous and tasty welcome basket which we thoroughly enjoyed and which introduced us to the delights of Menorca. My only complaint about this particular rental is that it lacks a view but we knew that going in and very few old city homes have one.

Nous avons loué en fin d'année et le chauffage est tout à fait confortable. La situation est excellente, dans le quartier ancien et à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique et du port. Service attentif et dynamique de l'agence.
En résumé un logement à recommander. Nous songeons déjà à y retourner. |

The town house was absolutely lovely - it was exactly as described. It was super clean and ideal for a week's vacation. There is a nice big free (I think) car park nearby called Parking Es Pla - it was just a big open space by the harbour. The car caver más

There is a nice big free (I think) car park nearby called Parking Es Pla - it was just a big open space by the harbour. The car can get a bit dusty, but just take it for a wash before handing back. There are other free bays nearby but they do disappear quick. The location is perfect for exploring Ciutadella. Everything is within a few minutes walk. The place itself is very spacious and well maintained. They made a lovely gesture by leaving us some stuff in the fridge upon our arrival. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Menorca.
